A: Anyone can do so as long as they follow CFHK's card-making guidelines / process. Schools, student organizations, companies, conferences, hotels, sports teams, sororities, Girl Scout troops and more, are just a few examples of the many organizations and companies that have hosted card-making events for CFHK!
Q: Does CFHK require any formal approval or form?
A: No, we don't.. The card-making guidelines and info for hosting and event can all be found here on our website. If your organization or company requires a formal approval process or form to be filled out, we are happy to assist. Please contact Jen.
Q: My company is interested in hosting a large event or incorporating card-making for CFHK into an upcoming event. Is there someone I can speak to?

Q: I want to create a graphic for my event to promote it. Can CFHK assist me with creating a graphic or flyer, to share of my event, for social media or promotional use with the CFHK Logo?
A: Yes, please email Dianna for assistance. In your email, please include the date of your event, type of graphic(s) / flyer you are seeking (such as for Instagram, print out flyer, etc), details of your event and any other relevant information.
Q: Can CFHK assist me with creating a press release about my event and sharing it with local media?
A: Yes, we have successfully helped many local groups obtain local media coverage of their card-making events or efforts for CFHK such as this story for NBC4 in Washington D.C about local teens hosting card-making events for CFHK. If the event is a good fit for a press release, we are happy to craft the press release and send it out to local media on your behalf. Should local media decide to pursue the story, we are also happy to provide supportive materials (photos, facts, etc) and/or provide a virtual interview as requested. Local media stories like this help spread the word and ultimately help further our impact, so we're happy to help!
